If we decide to collaborate, sessions will typically last 60-90 minutes and can be conducted either online or in person via Zoom. The frequency and total number of sessions will be tailored to your individual objectives and the necessary work to achieve them. While I wish change could happen overnight, meaningful progress takes time and commitment.
