The Distraction Reset

A 4-Week Group Coaching Experience to Reclaim Focus, Energy & Intentional Living

We live in a world that constantly pulls at our attention. Our time, energy, and focus are being quietly drained by distractions that leave us feeling tired, disconnected, and out of alignment with the life we actually want to be living.

The Distraction Reset is a four-week group coaching experience designed to help you slow down, become more aware of where your attention is going, and intentionally reclaim your focus, energy, and time—so you can live with more grace, purpose, and presence.

This is not about perfection, productivity hacks, or cutting out everything you enjoy. It’s about awareness, honesty, and learning how to work with your mind, body, and habits instead of fighting them.

What This Experience Is About

This four-week reset is a deep dive into:

  • Understanding how distractions (especially screens and constant stimulation) impact your health, energy, and peace

  • Becoming aware of where your dopamine is coming from and how it shapes your habits

  • Learning how to tolerate boredom and discomfort instead of numbing or escaping it

  • Reclaiming your time and attention so your days reflect what truly matters to you

  • Practicing intentional living in a supportive, judgment-free community

Each week builds on the last, helping you create sustainable shifts rather than quick fixes.

How the Weekly Sessions Work

We will meet live on Zoom every Sunday night from 6:00–7:00 PM.

Each session includes:

  • 20-30 minutes of teaching focused on the week’s theme

  • Guided reflection and coaching, including discussion, questions, and shared insight from the group

  • Practical homework to carry the work into your real, everyday life

All sessions are recorded, and recordings will be emailed to everyone who joins the group, so you won’t miss anything if you can’t attend live.
